3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
  • Ensuring all information you provide is accurate and current

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Free Trial

We may offer a free trial period for new users. At the end of the trial period, your account will require a paid subscription to continue accessing premium features.

Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually). You authorize us to charge your payment method for the subscription fees.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be provided for partial billing periods.

Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify subscription prices. Any price changes will be communicated to you in advance and will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on the rights of others
  • Submit false or misleading information
  • Upload malicious code or attempt to compromise the Service
  • Interfere with the operation of the Service
  • Access the Service through automated means without permission
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
  • Use the Service to spam or harass others

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by LocalSEO Pro and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Content you create using our tools remains your property. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store and process your content as necessary to provide the Service.

7. AI-Generated Content

Our Service uses artificial intelligence to generate content suggestions. You acknowledge that:

  • AI-generated content is provided as suggestions only
  • You are responsible for reviewing and editing all content before use
  • We do not guarantee the accuracy or appropriateness of AI-generated content
  • You should not rely solely on AI-generated content for critical business decisions

8. Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with or link to third-party services (such as Google Business Profile). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party services. Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and policies.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

We do not guarantee any specific results from using the Service, including improvements in search rankings or business performance.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LOCALSEO PRO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LocalSEO Pro and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
